Saurabh, has previously worked as a Partner of UKCA Law Chambers, and has been in practice for more than 14years. He has been instrumental in the firm’s practice in fields of corporate law, corporate consultancy, and commercial litigation. He has practiced extensively in corporate & commercial laws and foreign exchange control wherein he has dealt with complex legal, commercial and financial issues and cases, including cases of significant public importance and interest.

His forte lies in the area of corporate litigation and has been part of several leading corporate litigations in India ranging from management disputes viz. oppression and mismanagement to insolvency petitions. His expertise extends to corporate restructuring including merger / amalgamations, rehabilitation & compromise schemes. He has been engaged in a number of restructuring of large corporations including MNC’s in India.

Saurabh has been the guest speaker in many conferences in India and abroad and has spoken on diverse topics ranging from Companies Law including Incorporations, Restructuring, Directors Liability, Minority Rights etc.; Competition Laws; Corporate Litigation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code to Limited Liability Partnership & many others.
