Our Name

The word Śāsttra (pronounced as Shaastra), a Sanskrit term means “Rules”. Rules are the founding cornerstone of any societal framework and it is this adherence to rules that ultimately serves to deliver justice to those in need.

Śāsttra refers to the acquisition of specialised type of knowledge in a defined field of practice the mastery of which would invariably lead to progress in the understanding of law and furthermore, the implementation of the same to help in the holistic development of society.

The word Śāsttra read in context of and along with the word Legal denotes a wide range of study and practice in the specified area of law of particular interest which has been deeply studied and understood and in which further, a certain level of mastery has been attained and which can be used to help the society in the most beneficial manner possible. In essence shaastra is the knowledge which is based on principles that are held to be timeless, which have existed since time immemorial and are still relevant in today’s fast changing dynamic society.

Our name “Śāsttra Legal” encompasses our endeavour to rely on our experience, draw from our expertise guided by timeless rules of corporate and commercial laws to deliver outstanding legal solutions with strong emphasis on professionalism and ethics.

Our Logo

Our Logo contains three colours i.e. Orange, Blue and Green each of which have varying levels of significance in accordance with the ideology that is being followed in the firm to achieve its goals. The Orange Colour symbolizes the quest for progress and spirituality, the quest to be at the forefront of the chosen fields of practice and to continue to evolve in a meaningful manner. The firm is committed to provide expert advice with emphasis on ethics.

The Blue Colour symbolizes growth and striving for constant improvement. The Blue Colour is slightly higher aligned than the other two colours in the logo signifying that the firm is committed to grow while continuing in its quest to seek perfection in its chosen fields of practice.

The Green Colour symbolizes development and freshness. The Green Colour reflects that the firm will continue to strive for new opportunities and better utilization of the resources that are available and rejuvenation of new ideas to assist the clients more effectively and efficiently
